The 6th transnational project meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ project “Breaking the Glass Ceiling for Women Administrators” was held between 20-21.11.2019 in Aydin, Turkey. The representatives of project partners have discussed the ongoing and past activities, as well as present achievements and further steps for the finalization of the project.
The final intellectual output of the project, the Mentorship Training Program, has been delivered in all partner countries in their local languages. The selected mentors, who have completed the mentorship training program, are / will be training their mentees in the coming weeks.
After the TPM, on 22.11.2019, a Multiplier Event with the participation of some of the project partners and approximately 150 local stakeholders took place in Aydin. Participants have been informed about the project results and accumulated know-how.
The project ends by 31.12.2019, but the project deliverables and intellectual outputs can be reached online after the project’s official end date as well.
