The 4th transnational project meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ project “Breaking the Glass Ceiling for Women Administrators” was held between 11-12 April 2019 in Valencia, Spain . The representatives of project partners have discussed the ongoing and past activities, as well as present achievements and further steps.
The coordinator of the project, Adnan Menderes University, has completed the glass ceiling training program in April in Turkey, with the participation of approximately 270 women administrators from various levels of schools. Other partners will be delivering the adapted versions of the training program for their countries, in their local languages.
The next project meeting is planned for July 2019 in Braga, Portugal.
