The 3rd TPM within the project “Breaking the Glass Ceiling for Women Administrators” was held in Palermo, Italy. The representatives of project partners have discussed the ongoing and past activities, as well as present achievements and further steps. After four months of project activities, project partners commit to the next phase which means the conduction of mentorship and training programs with a goal for breaking the glass ceiling and improvement of gender equality.
The next project meeting is planned for April in Valencia, with expected first reports of the training programs. Feel free to inform yourself further about the project and get involved.
